Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use mobile games and applications published by Gorka Pesquer, including privacy choices available on Apple devices and other supported platforms.

Effective date: October 7, 2026 iOS & mobile applications Privacy contact available

Gorka Pesquer ("we," "us," or "our") publishes and operates mobile games and applications. This policy applies to our games and apps that link to or display this Privacy Policy. It is designed to explain our privacy practices in a clear way for players, parents or guardians, and users who contact us for support.

1

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy covers information processed through our mobile games, applications, support communications, and the third-party technologies integrated into those services.

It does not automatically apply to third-party websites, stores, advertising networks, or services that operate under their own privacy policies. Platform providers such as Apple may separately process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

2

Information We May Collect

Information you provide directly

Most of our games are intended to work without requiring you to provide your real name or create an account. If you contact us by email or request support, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, screenshots or attachments you choose to provide, and other information you voluntarily include.

Information collected automatically

Depending on the specific game, device, operating system, region, consent choices, and enabled third-party SDKs, we or our service providers may process information such as:

  • Device type, model, manufacturer, language, time zone, operating-system version, and app version.
  • IP address and approximate country, region, or city inferred from technical network information.
  • App-instance identifiers, vendor identifiers, advertising identifiers such as IDFA when permitted, and similar device or SDK identifiers.
  • Gameplay activity, session information, progress events, feature interactions, ad impressions, ad clicks, and rewarded-ad activity.
  • Crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, device memory information, and technical error reports.
  • Network status, attribution information, fraud-prevention signals, and security-related information.
  • Consent selections, privacy settings, age-related eligibility signals where implemented, and tracking-permission status.
The exact data processed differs by app. A game that does not use a particular SDK or feature may not process all categories listed above.
3

Advertising, Analytics and Third-Party SDKs

Some of our games may be supported by advertising or may include third-party technology for ad mediation, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, fraud prevention, or performance monitoring.

Examples of providers that may be used in one or more of our apps include:

ProviderPossible purposePrivacy information
Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads Ad mediation, ad delivery, reporting, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Unity privacy information
Google AdMob / Google services Ad serving, consent-supported personalization, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Google Privacy Policy
Pangle / TikTok for Business Advertising, optimization, attribution, reporting, measurement, and fraud prevention. Pangle privacy information
Liftoff Monetize / Vungle Advertising, attribution, campaign measurement, reporting, and fraud prevention. Liftoff Privacy Policy

Important: not every provider listed above is necessarily active in every app or every version. SDK configurations may change over time. Third-party providers may act as independent controllers or processors depending on the service and applicable law.

4

Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On Apple devices, an app may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before requesting permission to access the advertising identifier (IDFA) or track activity across apps and websites owned by other companies.

You may choose “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track.” If you do not allow tracking, the app should remain usable, but advertising may be less personalized and certain measurement or attribution functions may be limited.

You can review or change tracking permissions on your Apple device in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

We do not attempt to bypass Apple's ATT choice. Access to IDFA and tracking-related behavior should follow your device settings, applicable consent choices, and the configuration of the app.
5

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our games and applications.
  • Store preferences and support gameplay functionality.
  • Serve, mediate, measure, and where legally permitted personalize advertisements.
  • Provide rewarded-ad features when a player chooses to view an eligible ad.
  • Measure app usage, stability, engagement, and technical performance.
  • Diagnose crashes, errors, abuse, fraud, security incidents, or other technical problems.
  • Respond to player support, privacy inquiries, or legal requests.
  • Comply with applicable law, platform rules, contractual obligations, and enforcement requirements.
7

When Information May Be Shared

Information may be disclosed to service providers and partners that help us operate our games, including advertising networks, mediation providers, analytics and attribution services, hosting providers, security vendors, and technical service providers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or lawful governmental requests; protect users, our services, or others; investigate fraud or security issues; enforce applicable terms; or support a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of assets.

8

Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising Choices

We do not knowingly sell directly identifying information such as your name or support email address for money. However, some privacy laws define certain advertising-related disclosures, cross-context behavioral advertising, or use of advertising identifiers as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”

Where required, available choices may include Apple's ATT controls, consent-management interfaces shown in the app, device advertising settings, and requests sent to us using the contact details below.

9

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, resolving support issues, maintaining security, preventing fraud, complying with law, establishing or defending legal claims, and meeting accounting or reporting obligations.

Third-party SDK providers may maintain their own retention periods. You should review their privacy documentation for additional information.

10

International Data Transfers

Our technology partners may process information on servers located outside your country or region. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, relevant providers may use contractual safeguards, adequacy mechanisms, or other legally recognized transfer tools.

11

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. However, no method of electronic transmission, mobile communication, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If you contact us regarding a suspected security or privacy issue, please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

12

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities.

  • Use Apple's ATT prompt and iOS tracking controls.
  • Use platform advertising, privacy, and personalization controls available on your device.
  • Use consent or privacy settings presented inside the app or by an advertising provider.
  • Reset or limit advertising identifiers where your operating system supports those controls.
  • Contact us to submit a privacy request related to information we control.

We may need enough information to understand and verify a request before responding. We will handle eligible requests in accordance with applicable law.

13

Children's Privacy

Unless a specific app clearly states otherwise, our services are not directed to children under 13, or under a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly request that children below the applicable minimum age send us personal information directly.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child provided personal information to us, they may contact us. We will review the request and take reasonable steps required by applicable law.

14

Third-Party Links, Stores and Services

Our apps, advertisements, or support pages may contain links to services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security practices, or privacy handling.

Your use of the Apple App Store, Game Center, third-party advertising services, or other platform features may be subject to additional privacy terms from those providers.

15

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, SDKs, service providers, legal obligations, platform requirements, or privacy practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

We encourage users to review this page periodically, especially after a significant app update.
